Yes, you can purchase a CD-Rom. This is an option for all products in our online store. Just look at the delivery options in the list of options.

However, please note that because of shipping and handling, you will be charged
a bit more if you order the CD-Rom.

For the following reasons, we generally cannot refund any order.

1. You have access to a trial version of our software, which is designed to let you
try out the application and all it's features before purchasing it.

2. When you purchase a product at app4mac, you get a serial number which gives
you full access to the product. Once you get the serial number, you cannot ask for a refund.

3. When you buy a product from app4mac, you get free updates and upgrades
for an unlimited period of time. For example, if you have version 2 of a product,
you can get version 3 or 4 for free.

4. We will fix any problems that our customers might have. Our goal is to provide
the best quality service possible. If you find a problem related to the application,
please let us know and we will fix it.

Refunds can be processed only before you have received the serial number,
or if you can provide detailed proof that our product is in some way really defective.

It depends on the payment method.

If you placed an order with a debit/credit card, the license is displayed
immediately at the end of the ordering process. You can also use the link
"My license" on the support website to view your license.

If you placed an order with a Paypal account, you will receive your serial number
by email (if you do not receive your serial number, check to make sure that our
email is not in your spam folder)

If you placed an order with a Check or Wire transfer, you will receive your serial
number by email when we will receive your payment.

If you have downloaded a trial version before purchasing a license,
you don't need to download the application again.

Just enter into the application the licensing information that you received by email.
This will give you access to all of the product's features and remove the trial limitations.

If you did not download a trial version before purchase, you need to go
the product page and hit the download link (download button).

You will get a trial version but you can remove all limitations
when you enter your license information.

If you lost your license information and want to use a recent
version of our product, click on the "My licenses" link in the toolbar.

You will be able to find your information.

It's very easy. Just go to the license window of the purchased application
and enter the ID, the serial number and the key received by email.
If you paid by credit card, you will receive the information at the end
of the ordering process on the last page.

Be careful, it's case-sensitive. If you get an error message,
you've probably entered in the information incorrectly.

If you have an error message when you try to enter the user license
in the license window, it's because of you! :-) Let us explain....
Look more closely at the license window. You need to enter 3 information :
The ID, the serial number and the key provided during your purchase.
Be careful, case is sensitive! Check uppercase and lowercase.
